Dear Potential Contributor,

Please submit your potential contribution that should be print-ready to the volume currently entitled Spirituality, Dance, and Music in an Islamic Context by October 20, 2026. After selecting the final papers by the selection committee, the editors Hakim Elnazarov (representing The Institute of Ismaili Studies) and Anthony Shay (representing the MENACASEA Organising Committee), will submit the volume for peer review. First consideration will be given to those who presented in person or on zoom at the conference on spirituality and the performing arts in London, Oct. 28-30. The editors reserve the right to seek additional chapters by other scholars to fill any areas surrounding the topic that remain unaddressed by the selected papers.
